Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Address
Delivery of goods will be made to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.

2. Courier & Subcontracting
CrystalWrap (under AKYU Malaysia) reserves the right to engage third-party delivery partners at its sole discretion. This ensures timely and efficient fulfilment without prior notice to the buyer.

3. Delivery Timeframe
All quoted delivery timelines are approximate. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery time is not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. CrystalWrap shall not be held liable for any such delays.

4. Delayed Delivery
If delivery does not take place within a reasonable period, taking into account any stated delivery timeframes, customers may issue a written notice requesting fulfilment within a specified reasonable period (minimum of 10 business days). If delivery still cannot be made within that period, the buyer may cancel the undelivered portion of the order and request a refund for those items.

5. Missed Deliveries
Should the buyer fail to accept delivery (excluding reasons beyond the buyer’s control or due to CrystalWrap’s fault), CrystalWrap reserves the right to:

  • Resell the goods to a third party and charge the buyer for any shortfall; or
  • Cancel the order and seek appropriate compensation.

6. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery location. Orders are generally fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, and shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier availability.

7. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that once a parcel is handed over to the courier, CrystalWrap is no longer in control of its handling or delivery schedule. For updates, we recommend checking directly with the courier via their tracking portal.

8. Damages or Missing Items
We take care to pack all orders securely. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us at online@crystalwrap.my within 48 hours of receiving it. While CrystalWrap is not liable for damages caused in transit, we will assist where possible and guide you on the next steps.
